As we reach the tail end of the year, there is one theme that seems to be recurring with every patient I see…. stress and fatigue, anxiety, lethargy, low mood. We are all over worked and burn out.
Stress and fatigue are words I hear often from my patients. We have all felt what it is like to have a ‘stressful’ day or week (or year!). Stress is not just about how we feel emotionally. Stress refers to a process of changes that occur in our body when it is put under intense pressure or workload.
