While most people report fatigue and low energy as part of their presenting problem, it is not ‘normal’ to feel tired every day. Yes, we really should be bouncing out of bed and breezing through the day. Wouldn’t that be nice!
There are literally hundreds of causes of low energy and fatigue. My goal is to conduct a study of my own to determine the most common causes of fatigue. Would you like to help?

Hayley’s aim is to address the many possible causes and triggers of fatigue and low energy, then come up with a report detailing the areas you need to work on in order to improve your energy levels. This includes:
- A Live Blood Analysis (Screening tool for nutrient deficiencies, digestive health, immune function, liver function, oxidative damage, inflammation)
- A VLA (Vitality, Longevity and Healthy Ageing assessment)
- Urinary indicans test (to assess digestive function and nutrient absorption)

Below lists some possible causes of low energy and fatigue. As you can see the list is extensive and more often than not there will be a number of contributing factors:
