We know just how many programs, pills, shakes, bars and celebrity fad diets are out there. It is hard to know what will work and even harder to maintain your weight once you reach your goal. The truth is, there is no ‘one size fits all’ when it comes to weight maintenance and healthy eating (literally!). Every body is different, everyone has different stories and reasons for why they have reached an unhealthy weight.
Our program focuses on education and providing the skills needed for long term weight maintenance. You will be assessed to determine what the individual driving factors are holding you back and therefore what needs to be focused on to get the best results. You will be prescribed your own healthy eating plan.
Ultimately, the aim is to provide you with the support, motivation and knowledge to be healthy for the rest of your life
The 10 week Weight Loss Program involves:
- 1 consultation per week for 10 weeks
- VLA body composition assessment every 2 weeks
- Diet diaries, recipes, shopping lists and meal planners to keep you on track
- Education on healthy eating skills, meal preparation eating out and balancing carbs, fat and protein
- Scientific testing to chart your progress
Cost: $45 per week.
(*Initial consult fee not included. You may also be prescribed supplements to aid weight loss).
