Refunds (if applicable)
If you believe you have purchased our product by mistake, or what you purchased does not meet expectation, we will refund your money back onto the nominated card that you used to purchase.

Please email info@betterhealthreception.com.au and allow 30 days for this to be processed.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Shipping

Our ebooks are downloadable.  Our system will automatically send you your purchase upon successfully finishing your transaction online.  If this does not occur please contact info@betterhealthpractice.com.au
